How to Apply

The Union Baptist Educational Center is a privately-owned preschool that currently serves children ages three (3) to five (5) years old. We are in partnership with multiple agencies including Lutheran Services Head Start, VPK, School Readiness and the Childcare Food Program so that we can continue to provide quality education and nutrition to the children in our community. Please explore the sites below to find out which program you might qualify for and then give us a call at (561) 285-7161 to set up an appointment.

Commonly Requested Documents:

  • Child’s Birth Certificate (Proof of Guardianship/Custody if applicable)

  • Proof of Residency

  • Proof of Income for the past 52 weeks or previous calendar year (i.e. pay stubs, W-2, 1040, statement from employer, etc.)

  • Photo Identification of Parent

    * Though not required at time of application, the child’s up-to-date physical exam and shot record MUST be on file prior to starting school.
